Dr.Upendra Devkota
Upendra Devkota is a neurosurgeon, and the organizer of the standard neurological damage unit in Nepal in Bir Hospital. He has held the post of Minister for Health, Science and Technology, Government of Nepal. Dr Devkota is the maker of the (National Institute of Neurolgical and Allied Sciences), for the most part called the Neuro Hospital. The Neuro Hospital is a best in class Neurological Center, offering associations to patients from all over South Asia.
He was considered in Gorkha in 1954 and got his discretionary school rule in Amar Jyoti Janata High School (by and large known as Luintel High School of Gorkha), Palungtar, Gorkha, Nepal. He intermediated of sciences (I Sc) get ready from Amrit Science school, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal and got Colombo Plan cooperation to search for after therapeutic rule in India. He finished Bachelor of pharmaceutical and single wolf of surgery (MBBS) in 1978 from Assam Medical College, Dibrughar University, Assam, India and worked several years in Bir Hospital under Dr DN Gongol.
For front line prepare in neurosurgery, he went to the UK, where he organized at Atkinson Morley Hospital ( now a piece of St Georges Hospital), Southern General Hospital Glasgow. He returned back to Nepal in 1989 and began Neurosurgery in Bir Hospital. He created NINAS in Bansbari, Kathmandu, Nepal.
